Pros
-Good clothing discount at Gap, Banana Republic, Gap Outlet, Banana Factory, etc -Flexible with scheduling, normally can get off days you need to -Not difficult, good opportunity to gain sales/customer service experience -Relaxed dress code, can wear jeans and tshirt to work, no uniforms
Cons
-WAY too focused on their credit card sales, will compromise anything and everything to get the sale -Not a good opportunity to move up, nor will anyone take the time to talk to you about moving up in the company -Management will only recognize your good work if it's credit card sales. If you go to extreme lengths to help a customer it goes unnoticed most of the time. If you swindle someone into signing up for a credit card they don't need you're their new friend
