Pros
They are very big on professional growth and had mandatory classes every quarter. They were very informative on changes within the company by sending out mass emails to all employees keeping them updated in a timely manner...something that was NOT customary at my prior title company.
Cons
Working in a branch office, there was not alot of support from our main office in the way of personnel. They left the branch with a bare minimum of employees and expected business to be built up, daily work to be completed as well as additional work of people that were let go to be picked up by remaining employees -- while maintaining customer satisfaction.
