Pros
It was a 3 headed dragon for upper management and none of the heads knew what the other was doing; so you could pretty much do what you wanted. Once again, Middle management had no clue because they were to busy working on "TPS reports for Lumberg and had absolutley no clue what was going on past their 90% of the time closed office doors" so you could pretty much roam freely like free range cattle or pork, your choice.... Another Pro was your portfolio was yours and you got to work it how you wanted to and as long as you were moving properties nobody yelled.
Cons
The biggest con and absolute downfall of this division of a fortune 500 company is that the senior management focused so much on quality control of exhisting accounts that they never bothered to check on their "buddy" they gave a nice cooshy 6 figure job to and negated to realize until it was too late that he allowed the entire division to all but dry up in sales. The people who were putting in 50-70+ hours a week were whacked and all upper management remained in place.
