Pros

an office with a roof over your head

Cons

very competitive--people who fear for their jobs and have little if any education. As a joke we had an acquaintance who is a Harvard grad/Wharton MBA--10-year hedge fund executive, apply for a low-level job. Knowing the fear of the "interviewer" who are not educated, and feared for their jobs, they would pass on this very qualified, intelligent person and send a random "went with more qualified" [lol] email. We saved the email for entertainment. This place is full of scared, gossipy, uneducated people. They want people they can control. Turnover is high.

Pros

Nothing good that I can think of

Cons

1. No Growth for internal employees regardless of how hard you work or being at the top performing employees as regional managers bring excuses to promote people outside the bank. 2. High Turnover and always short staffed as they would hire people with less experience and pay them more then their employees who had more experience 3. Selfish Management as they don't care about their staff Growth but rather their own 4. No work life balance especially if you are a person who always willing to go above and beyond as they'll take advantage of you and management will use you to cover while they are on a vacation. 5. Talk smack behind your back 6. No appreciation to staff members 7. Unfulfilled promises for growth opportunities as when opportunity comes up management pretends you are a villain just so that they don't promote you 8. High Turnover as I have seen alot of people fired and quit due to management 9. Many more bad things I could say as well as low hourly pay compared to the market competition (they also pay you for 38 or 37 hours a week not 40 as they claim)
