- Great work life balance - Strong company culture - Upper Management cares about employees - Awesome coworkers, and a lot of hard-working people who care.

Cons

The pay is not competitive with other banks, with that being said, I'd rather take a little less pay, for an employer that has a great work environment and a lot less stress.

very competitive--people who fear for their jobs and have little if any education. As a joke we had an acquaintance who is a Harvard grad/Wharton MBA--10-year hedge fund executive, apply for a low-level job. Knowing the fear of the "interviewer" who are not educated, and feared for their jobs, they would pass on this very qualified, intelligent person and send a random "went with more qualified" [lol] email. We saved the email for entertainment. This place is full of scared, gossipy, uneducated people. They want people they can control. Turnover is high.
