Pros

Great Benefits. High moral at our local location. Inclusion is important however if you really look at the highest managers at a location and compare the increase percentages bwtween the males and the female the diffenece is quite obvious compared to shared work load. Increases have been given to male managers when the company and work load grew but not to the female manager. Also if more responsibility was given and the male manager didn't really do the job and the extra responsibility was removed from the male managers plate he kept the increase given. The female was never given extra. Alll managers and below are treated very well and fairly with compensation. It's the highest senior staff management level that the differences are shown.

Cons

The company as a whole is losing it's family feel and becoming more corporate and numbers driven. That is being pushed down by corporate. At the individual local company level they are still trying to be more personal but corporate is slowly taking away some decision making power and pushing for everything to be more third party driven or computerized. For example and onboarding process should not just be a person placed in front of a computer to do safety and onboard training. It should be more one on one with a person and discussions.

Pros

Flexible enough, small and disorganized enough that they can't come down on you too hard for small stuff. Would be a decent work life balance if you didn't end up with emotional issues and anxiety spikes from essentially experiencing narc/DARVO tactics, just in a corporate group setting.

Cons

The things that leader(s) here are seemingly able to get away with in the name of leadership, the way that they talk to people and the general culture of favoritism and corporate gaslighting/punitive treatment to those who question the tactics being used here is like something out of a movie. I would caution anyone who wants their nervous system to remain intact to refrain from accepting a role here. If you do well in mean girl groups and by blindly following ruthless authoritarian politics, then go ahead and consider- you might thrive. Regardless of all that... no real room for growth/ No career mobility unless you move divisions. No "careers" here at all, at least not in marketing. if you want a paycheck and mind games, go ahead.
