I love working for OBE! They truly live by their values! I was thoroughly impressed with the way they managed the COVID-19 pandemic. They offered extended benefits to those who were impacted by COVID-19! Employees did not have to worry if they did not have child care, if their family members were sick and if they needed to take off of work due to being sick. The president, Nathan Creech is great! He communicates with us often and keeps us informed on what the company was doing during the pandemic to keep us safe!
