Long hours and management shows mad favoritism. They make the workers do extra and management is always talking about employees behind their backs to other employees. They punish the ones who work and reward the others who don’t by allowing them to call out and pretty much make their own schedules. When someone calls out they harass them to come in if they are one of the better workers and when the bad ones call out they don’t harass them at all. The hours are long the pay increases are behind the times in the industry and a lot of the machines break down and never truly get fixed. Makes for a long day and sometimes forced weekend work.
