Extremely old software and unprofessional management - Accounts Payable Specialist I Oldcastle Infrastructure Employee Review

Unprofessional management, the company is numbers driven, so its a dog eats dog atmosphere. You have employees jumping in and out of boxes stealing work to get their numbers in. The system they work in is not AP friendly, it does not allow you to fix or edit anything. All mistakes must be corrected by the warehouse it came from. Management has very little knowledge on the system their using and the system is always having some type if issue.
