Pros
The people at Olema are just fantastic - friendly and just about the smartest people out there. There are some good perks too. Most of the managers are caring people.
Cons
People are stretched to their limits. It's a common problem with small companies - as they grow, current employees become stuck doing the work of 2-3 people with no respite in sight. People are told we can't hire because of finances, then spend exorbitant sums flying everyone back and forth across the country business class several times per year. We have also outgrown all our offices but for some reason it is required to make the commute and cram in at least 2-3 times a week.
