Poorest management; bait-and-switch recruiting practices; poorest field support imaginable; inability of mgt to focus on real issues and obligations instead of misc. distractions; Alaskan Native 8A with typical attitudes towards USG contracts - i.e. entitlement with no expectation of contractual performance or proper service to end clients
