I have worked for Olgoonik for over 10 years. One of the things that keeps me at this position is the team dynamic. We have an amazing group of professionals that are highly dedicated and care about each other. Management seems to really care about employees and the mission of the company equally. Olgoonik also promotes from within when vacancies or new needs arise, so there are always opportunities for career advancement.
Cons
Olgoonik is a busy, growing business that works in government contracting. Sometimes working in this space can be challenging as new requirements continuously come up.
