Pros
- Sponsors Clearance Upgrades - Direct Client exposure (has a downside below) - Dependable working hours - Roles with direct impact on clients
Cons
- Sub standard annual raises (allegedly performance based, but employees with high marks still get sub 1% increases) - Limited growth potential from most lower level positions - Worksites are exclusively client side. Olgoonik management do not see employee performance and generally do not ask Gov Supervisors for feedback. (employees need to self report high performance)
