Avoid, complacent company - Anonymous employee Olgoonik Employee Review

I do not recommend this company, it’s very stagnant, internal politics, portion of management is unqualified to manage employees (this includes corporate Anchorage office and Colorado office, not just govt contracts offsite) I prefer to not add anymore details, but look elsewhere, a number employees coast at the corporate just to get a paycheck and get away with it, actually get rewarded for it. Anchorage has the most incompetent leadership at the corporate level, promotions justifications are frequently questionable at the corporate level
