Horrible Culture and Leadership - Human Resources Olin Employee Review

The worst company culture I have ever seen in my 20+ years of employment. It starts at the very top of the HR team, specifically the CHRO. I personally witnessed her yell at her team and degrade them for her failures and lack of leadership and integrity. Compared to the corporate culture, the plant culture is a bit better, but poor leadership is still very apparent. Almost zero diversity, inclusion, or teamwork from the corporate teams, everyone is only concerned about themselves. Very strict time clock management, you are expected to be at your desk at all times and watched throughout your workdays. No work/life balance at all.
