Pros
Most of the people I’ve interacted with on a daily basis are very nice, easy to work with. I work with a very strong, tight knit group currently!
Cons
Olin as a company doesn’t care about their employees long term well-being. The HSA has to be used on a year to year basis, anything carried over will just “disappear” after a certain point the following year. They’ll cut 401K matches when the company is struggling and never reimburse you for the lost match. Everyone else in the surrounding area/industry has a far more superior plan(s) for their employees; whether it be a much higher retirement match, pension, HSA plan that carries over, etc… This company will forever be a stepping stone for those that strive for more and will remain the home to bottom of the barrel employees who have no desire to save/retire.
