The worst factor is scheduling. The company loves to punish their workers with a rotating shift schedule that runs; Midnights, Afternoons, Days. At first glance it doesnt seem like much, but it messes with your body's Circadian Rhythm. That leads to things to things like Sleep Apnea, Accidents, Diabetes, bad working conditions, attendance problems.
