Management put in place through nepotism and butt kissing. Very inexperienced people in office and floor most without any kind of degree or mgmt training which creates hostile work environment. Work 6-7 days per week (in Illinois) with absolutely no family time for hourly employees. Bad mgmt decisions leading to demise of historic company. Most mgmt wanting to move up no matter the cost to product or people. Hourly employees treated badly unless you re in the click.
