Flexible work schedule, varied projects all lead to interesting and fulfilling experience day to day. A large chemical site, there is always something to do!
Cons
The benefits are not as comprehensive as other companies in the area. Olin is also going through new acquisition pains as it tries to navigate new technologies and a much larger staff. The transition period has been rocky yet it is too early to tell what direction Olin is trying to head
