If you care about exit opportunities, do not work here!!! - Consultant, Financial Services Oliver Wyman Employee Review

Just to set things clear, this review only applies to the Financial Services side of Oliver Wyman. I do not have first-hand information on the situation at the former Mercer Management. Horrible work-life balance, unfair review system, BORING work (I mean really boring, back-office risk management type of projects). Please, if you are at a decent school and have some brains, do not waste your time interviewing for OW-FS. It offers no exit opportunities to better jobs.
