Pros
- Well paid positions - Opportunity to learn a lot within a short timeframe - Nice location in Paris - Opportunies to work abroad
Cons
- Like in most consultancies you can expect to put in many hours and week ends. The Paris office seems to be one of the worst within the firm in that respect - Stupid assessment of your performance: your grades go up as your time in grade progresses and not regardless of it - Being political is a must if you wanna be promoted in the long run - The office is not a team but a collection of clans - Tons of pressure depending on the partners / managers you work for. Some managers there maybe think they are surgeons fighting to save the clients lives. Everything is "urgent", "top priority", "due within the hour"... Many of them have trouble in managing the clients' demands and cant say no. All this at the expense of your personal life
