Surrounded by talented, creative people who truly cares about delivering great design. Varying project types and sizes allowing individual to develop into different career path. Established reputation plus marketing effort assures healthy steadily growth.

Cons

Conservative owners with top-down structure. Lots of secretive channels with little transparency or employee engagement. Poor compensation, cheap equipment and aging facility. Elitist environment that feels like a realty competition show. HR and IT are mediocre at best.
