Doesn't Treat Fairly - Accounting Olson Kundig Employee Review

The administrative staff is consistently overlooked and treated as if they are inferior to the design team. Upper management carries themselves with an air of arrogance, as if they are above everyone else. During my years working with them, they never made an effort to acknowledge the contributions of the admin staff who helped keep the organization running smoothly. The CEO was so focused on currying favor with the owners that he regularly undermined and threw his own team under the bus.
