Pros
Great hours (530am-200pm) for merchandisers, and variable early hours for drivers. Not rocket science. Job is pretty straight forward if you are not lazy. Management is cooperative if you do your job. If time off is needed, a simple advance notice is all you need.
Cons
Can be lots of work in the prime time beer seasons. If lazy, management will be a pain towards you. Small enough company so that favoritism and politics can get in the way. Calling out the day of gets you a quick ticket out of the company. Some routes are impossible to get done on time.
