Great benefits, union, always full time hours
Cons
Very clicky place to work. If you don’t know a higher up person it’s really hard to move up in OMC. There is way too much drama. Environmental services is ALWAYS short and they don’t care how hard you work and if you hurt yourself oh well. Very physically demanding job and just not worth the wear on the body
