OK, needs to move into current times with policies and pay - Anonymous employee Olympic Medical Center Employee Review

Need to get into the current times. There could be a lot more remote positions but they are still stuck a couple decades back. Need pay increases to meet cost of living increases. Lose good staff as they don't promote within, instead choose friends for positions.
