      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with, the most beautiful location in Port Angeles with the ocean waters on one side and the Olympic mountains behind you. Good health insurance if you are able to be treated on-site.

      Cons

      Limited funds and staffing issues like many non-profit systems. Equipment/rooms need upgrades but they are working on it.
