Omada Health Response

Thank you for your thoughtful and candid feedback. Health is a part of our mission, thus providing ample support to our employees is very important to us. As we continue to grow, we're quite proud to offer our employees benefits around both mental and physical health. This is seen through benefits such as mental wellness resources for our employees as well as wellness quarters and lifestyle spending opportunities for all Omada employees. Additionally we're proud to offer time off policies designed to help Omadans rest, reflect and recharge. As an inclusive organization, we also believe strongly in providing our employees with the tools and resources to be their best self at Omada. Our employee resource groups (some specifically focused on supporting Omadans living across the spectrum of disability) are a great example of how we look to help strengthen our community.

Pros

Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

Cons

Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
