Pros

- flexible schedule - remote work - advanced coaching platform with strong focus on further development and frequent updates - growing library of resources to share with members - strong investment in coaching when AI is taking precedent at many companies. - autonomy to do coaching work in a personalized way - opportunities to collaborate with other teams - internal continuing education - help accessing relevant certifications (NBHWC and CDCES) - supportive management - culture/community really committed to Omada values and mission - competitive pay and benefits - PTO and sick time with higher accrual rates with tenure - strong focus on diversity and inclusion - open communication with leadership - supportive peer support structure - meaningful success metrics with support to achieve them when there are challenges. - coaches come from diverse professional backgrounds

Cons

- very limited opportunities for advancement on coaching team. - hourly pay with hours that flex throughout the year depending on enrollment levels. Compensation tends to ebb and flow as a result. - some coaches are hourly while others are still salaried. - disappointing tenure recognition. - no stipend available for professional development outside CDCES. - resource library feels limited given the level and range of expertise our team has.

Pros

Lots of smart people, great mission, digital health company that's balancing clinical evidence with tech growth.

Cons

Less of a con, more of a heads up to make sure your role is truly valued during the interview process. Try to gauge how much cross-functional buy-in is needed for you to have impact. As with most startups, layoffs happen and if you're struggling to get projects started because there's no internal support, your role is at risk.
