-Company blames a lot of their mistakes on the personnel because it's easier and prevents them from being held accountable for their lack of management. -Company hides behind the word "startup" to lower the expectations of each employee, one example of that is career growth, which is non-existent unless you are willing to do more without any extra compensation. -Ombligo is a revolving door type of company, they prefer to let people go the moment in which you start noticing their deficiencies. -Between 2017-2018 over 18 people were hired, by Jan 2019 at least 17 were either fired, quit or just stopped showing up. When 1 new hire just stops showing up it could be due to a personal emergency but when more than 4 new hires stop showing up, that's a red flag.
