The expectations here are very reasonable. They want people who perform and perform well so everyone is kept working in their area of expertise.

Cons

The CEO makes low-key racist remarks. He is not outwardly racist, just oblivious to how he offends his employees. The COO makes light of employees economical situations. I would say he is the reason the company does not attempt to enrich their employees.
