Pros
They added us to a project with a strict deadline. They needed a high count, so they hired around 40 freshers like me. They started the ramp-up process without proper analyst training. Initially, we were trained as AR callers, but now we are expected to handle analyst tasks and end actions, which we were not properly trained for.
We only received 8 days of training (8 hours each) covering software and end actions. Despite that, they expect us to meet daily targets. In the first 3 weeks, we managed to reach a count of 5–15.
However, the TL is not supportive. He seems more focused on avoiding blame rather than helping the team improve. In my opinion, he is not fit to be a TL. They allow only one leave per month and expect us to work extra hours after shifts and also on Saturdays.
Overall, the management is poor. They are expecting high performance from freshers without providing proper training or support. Treating us like a robot wth man simply worst.
