TL n Managers are worst, how can they even get selected as TL when they know nothing about the job. You bucket them then you are the best performer in the team!!!. Salary is less!!. Teammates are nothing but spies hired by your TL and Managers!!!!. Target is nothing but you just have to climb mount everest everyday, simple isn't it??!!. You have to work 10-12 hrs a day just to reach half of the given target!!!. You'll be forced to work on weekends by your TLs. I would rate this as the worst company in India.
