      It says I must enter 5 words for Pros. But unfortunately have none.

      Cons

      A very small and honest note. Remember to treat each and every employee equally irrespective of their experience. Very unprofessional way of treating freshers. There is no proper flow of communication between the HR's which results in total chaos. Holding back of certificates even after the bond is over and asking to pay a huge amount is totally unethical..
