It's a 1 day hiring process and HR staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Coach Wendy and Nave! I love working here because it's just a small area and we get to know each other very well! They give out attendance incentive worth 5,000php on top of your base pay, which is pretty good! They give you a healthy life balance because they wont let you get exposed and being bombarded with alot of calls. The next 6 months I was promoted as a trainer and I started as a CSR agent.
