Final settlement - Medical Coding Omega Healthcare Employee Review

I have worked nearly one year in this company.I have served notice period for 2months and hve returned back all gadgets.45 days after resigning they should give final settlement.But even though it's 4 months i didn't receive my final settlement ,No proper response,No proper reply for mails and calls.After these many struggle, they are replying as We have detected ur final settlement as training fees ..I have given interview and then nly i got into this job first 3 months no salary. While joining also no one said about this and while resigning also no one said. i have never seen such a company like this.Please don't ever join this company.
