Omega Healthcare takes employee feedback very seriously and is always striving to improve our relationships with our employees. Our managers are committed to both our clients and employees, we encourage all employees to share their concerns with management or human resources regarding any issues they feel is diminishing their employee experience at Omega Healthcare. Also, our bonus structure is very transparent in its' requirements. At the time of hire, if the position is qualified, the employee is provided with the bonus outline in writing. It is shared with the employee to present the employee the opportunity to ask any questions or request clarifications. After presentation to the employee, the employee is requested to sign the document for agreement and understanding of the requirements in which a bonus is paid out.
