They had very poor communication within the team. I felt like I was constantly sending emails to HR to find out what my options were to try to resolve the lack of communication. Since I was a HCC coder who was at the end of the cycle they had very poor communication about end of contracts with clients so there was a lot of shifting us around since there was a loss of work with various clients with very poor management. I was hired on to just to be moved around with little to no explanation of the expectation of the contract and then let go after a few months thinking I had job security again with little communication. I had to provide my own equipment (computer, extra monitor & encoder) at my own expense. The training for the contract was nonexistent and when asked I about it I was told that everyone there should already know how to code so it was not necessary. You will quite literally be thrown into the position.
