Pros
The work-life balance while working at The Omega Institute was the best I've ever had. The staff was hard working and dedicated despite having little to no skilled training. The meals were amazing. I felt the best internally that I ever have.
Cons
The pay is very low (sometimes in the area of 50 dollars per week). The core staff has air conditioning, but the workers that live there are not permitted to do so. There is a picture of an all inclusive culture that is meant to accept all people from all walks of life, but it is really just like high school where the "cool" kids are the gluten-free jiva's.
