Pros

- The people! Everyone I've worked with is super intelligent, willing to share knowledge and eager to see everyone else succeed - The culture - for a lot of companies this seems like an add-on/afterthought but you can tell that Ometria has 'the people' in mind - whether that's clients or colleagues - and that's really refreshing - The product and the market are super interesting - lots to learn and great focus on personal growth and development - Very open and honest structure. Ivan and the rest of the SMT are still very 'on the ground' and are great at keeping everyone in the loop about company changes, OKRs, fundraising, overall mission. This leads to everyone really knowing why we're doing what we're doing and makes it feel like a team effort.

Cons

No company is perfect, and neither is Ometria, but I do believe the pros massively outweigh the cons here. We're very busy but the learning-focused culture of 'we did that well, how can we do it even better next time' means that if any issues come up, they're rectified pretty quickly.

Pros

No one here has any kind of an ego. This is the first time I've ever worked for a company that is really and truly team over self. Never once have I heard someone say they don't have time to help, or that it isn't their job to do so. Everyone gives 110% as a team and it's an incredible thing to be part of.

Cons

For the US, the health insurance isn't very competitive. That's really the only con for me.
