Great interview experience - Senior Software Engineer Ometria Employee Review

The interview process was very friendly and went smoothly. In my opinion it was well suited to select the right candidates, meaning people with a good approach to problem solving, and who fit into a constructive and supportive culture. I met a large number of people from across a variety of departments so I got a good feel of how things work in the company. The questions were realistic and thought-inspiring, they were mostly around solving real problems and around my experiences, rather than cliché interview questions. There was a programming task to be completed at home, which was realistically manageable and was representative of day-to-day software engineering work.
