I have been here for about 3 years and Ometria keeps delivering on its value "it's awesome to be here!".
- The product is great, it's perfect timing for such a product to be on the market, it's exciting times and seeing all the sales is encouraging!
- Everyone who works at Ometria is special. Not just talented and hard-working, but also special! I feel proud working with people like that. Ometria is like no other place I have worked for – there are no bad gossips, no discussing management behind their backs and complaining to each other. It's just not an environment where everyone (from top to bottom is honest, friendly and supportive of each other).
– The company goes above and beyond to make sure employees are happy. No decision is made without getting input from employees and going with the most popular option. Flexible working (you dont have to come to the office if you dont feel like it), constant social events with free drinks and food, care packages sent home to lift the mood, new benefits (stocks, private healthcare, enhanced pension) are brought in because this was what employees have asked for).
