Good company, great people to work with. Good training in place.

Future planning is lacking. Management seems to panic when the pipeline is dry and focuses on quick cost-cutting as opposed to long-term solutions.

No one here has any kind of an ego. This is the first time I've ever worked for a company that is really and truly team over self. Never once have I heard someone say they don't have time to help, or that it isn't their job to do so. Everyone gives 110% as a team and it's an incredible thing to be part of.

Cons

For the US, the health insurance isn't very competitive. That's really the only con for me.
