Growing small business - Systems Engineer Omitron Employee Review

Great compensation, amazing company culture and management that truly cares about you. The benefits are really good and the company offers a lot of growth to high performers. I have never worked for a small company before and have to say I have been missing out if more small companies are this good. I hope I get to work here until I retire.

They are still growing so there isn't a ton of programs to place everyone on if they were to lose work share.

Allows flexible working hours during the week.

Managment has extremely poor communication with employees. Employees schedules must be incredibility flexible to work during holidays given last minute notice. Even when you are not working you may not be allowed to travel for holidays. The workplace culture did not foster a sense of teamwork. Employees would have to flip their sleep schedule around constantly to work overnight one day and then be in the office during the day.
