Pay rate needs to be improved . * Advancement opportunities may depend on the department and leadership. * Some employees report inconsistent communication and limited support from management

> Tons of opportunities for training and talent development within the company. Training programs, mentorships, online resources, partnership with eCornell, just to name a few. I've definitely learned alot and it's really helped advance my career. > Most of the locations actually do nice things for their employees. The events are fun and not just in corny company pizza party way. They have goo benefits. They also have a really cool Omni Care program where you can donate money into it (the owners match every $1) and it goes towards other employees who are facing financial hardship.

> There is a culture of blame at this property. Nobody wants to work together to solve any problems and instead immediately look to assign blame to someone. Expect to be held accountable by leadership for other peoples' mistakes. > Favoritism towards more tenured and older employees. I've had more than one condescending remark made towards me due to my age and demographic. > You will be understaffed no matter where you go in the company. The labor standards and if you're a manager expect to work around the clock with no work/life balance. > Employee facilities are crumbling apart. This is the case at other properties too, not just the one I currently work at.
