Cons
Management will ask your opinion, then ignore you and do whatever they want. You are much more likely to get promoted if you are a male. Their computers/technology in the office is behind the times. (I could have easily worked from home during quarantine, but was required to report to the office.) The culture could use improvement; the company does not trust their employees. The base pay is low. I left the company for a more interesting position that pays significantly more. Discontinue the "right-sizing" attitude that is overworking the employees; several people left and the work was re-distributed versus hiring for an open position. Communication between employees in different departments is poor.
