Would not reccomend to anyone - Medical Records Technician Omnicare Employee Review

Manager is rude and does not treat everyone fairly. The manager also talks down to you like you do not know anything about life. If you try to contact HR they blow you off about your concerns or blame you for getting treated unfair. They clearly do not care about their employees. The training is a complete joke. The manager does it however she wants but claims "It's the corporate way" when it is really not. Also if you find a mistake. Don't bother to let anyone know because they clearly do not care about the patient's and just blow you off like everyone else.
