Our small company was purchased by Omnicare and we have been supported in our growth by Senior Management. They took steps to give us the resources they need utilizing other areas of the vast corporation.

Cons

Being a large corporation, there are a great deal of hurdles to overcome to accomplish even some of the smallest changes or purchases.
