Pros
GREAT benefits since CVS bought us. GREAT FLEXIBLE schedule. Very stimulating role, as we help the elderly to achieve better health outcomes. Clinical Manager (supervisor) is very open, honest, and fair.
Cons
OVERWORKED, no respect from middle through upper management. Duties and responsibilities are ever increasing since CVS bought us, and there is no understanding of how important our impact is in maintaining business. We are losing business faster than we are gaining it, and the bleeding will not stop . Every time business is lost, so are employees. NO job security!
