the worker bees, the people that actually do the work, are pretty cool and easy to work with.
Cons
management is screwed up! Tell us we are there to make them look good, but they do NOT have our back on anything. They will screw you over in front of a client! There have been no reviews and no salary increases in more than 2 years. No "thank you's" or anything when they ask(make) you work over the weekend. You get railed if you make a mistake but never, ever, any praise if you do something well. Most of management and most of the employees have never worked at another CRO so they don't know that the way they do things is soooo backwards. They are writing their SOPs as they go because nothing is in place and no one has taken or had the time to do it. It will eventually fold I'm sure. One person is trying to run the whole thing and they don't have enough experience to know enough, or to know when to ask for help. Extremely NARCISSISTIC!
